Hours and response times
- Support hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 CET (UTC+1, UTC+2 in summer).
- Typical reply: within one business day.
- Corrections: we review every request; substantive corrections are noted on the piece itself.
- Weekends and public holidays: we read mail, but replies may wait until the next business day.
