These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you” or “Reader”) and Silentroom Inc (“Silentroom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware corporation with its registered office at 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, DE 19901, USA and its business address at 1201 North Market Street, 111-P36, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA.
These Terms govern your access to and use of SilentRoom Journal at silentroom.media (the “Journal”).
Please read these Terms carefully. By using the Journal, you agree to be bound by them.

By accessing or using the Journal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

- use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or download Journal content, except for publicly available robots.txt-compliant indexing by legitimate search engines;
- frame, embed, or mirror the Journal or its content on another website without written permission;
- use the Journal to violate any applicable law or third-party right.
Violation of this section may result in restriction of your access and legal action where appropriate.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Silentroom, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Journal.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Journal is limited to USD 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law (e.g., gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or death/personal injury caused by negligence).
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.
13. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at support@silentroom.media and attempt to resolve the matter informally for at least 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Journal shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, USA, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. This does not affect any non-waivable rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent changes. Material changes will be communicated by a prominent notice on the Journal. Continued use of the Journal after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
